The best way to do that is to encourage children and young people to believe in themselves. Authenticity builds trust. That’s why our passionate, experienced team works hard to build authentic relationships with every young person at Inspire.
We know that ‘one-size-fits-all’ programmes often don’t fit everyone. That’s why we develop bespoke, one-to-one programmes that are tailored to every individual we work with. That means that no two days are the same. We provide a safe, trusting and creative space that enables children and young people to learn, grow and reach their full potential.

Every child and young person develop differently. That’s why we develop tailored programmes that are as unique as the children and young people we work with.
Our experience has shown that personal, authentic relationships combined with unique programmes builds the confidence that children and young people need to flourish.
Our offer
Our tailored one-on-one interventions are a platform for children and young people to understand themselves better and build the emotional skills they need to succeed in life.
We also provide a safety net that can prevent a crisis at school or at home from escalating. Our rapid response capability means that we can step in if there is a breakdown at home, at school or at a placement.
Our 24-hour support capabilities means that we can support children and young people if it is not feasible for them to go home or to their placement.
Our rigorous monitoring and evaluation processes means that school, the family and social workers are all on the same page when it comes to the development of a child or young person. Inspire’s Family Support Workers also work alongside carers and families to build positive parenting strategies that can lead to long-term, positive behaviour change.
And finally, our support dog can contribute to the health and well-being of our children and young people. As a result of our services, no young person in Devon should feel like no-one is there for them.
The place
We provide a space for children and young people to learn, grow and achieve.
The Inspire facility is nestled away in Devon’s countryside, and feels a million miles away from the classroom or traditional school setting. The peaceful surroundings create a feeling of calm and quiet that may not be present in a child or young person’s day-to-day life.
The spacious facility is equipped with a kitchen, a pool table, learning space, games and crafts to make it a fun and enriching experience.
